Technical Assistance

Technical assistance has become an important component of our work.  Having been so successful in helping thousands of low-income workers find and keep jobs in Philadelphia, we now offer that expertise to private and public entities across the country and around the globe.

Program Development and Assessment

TWC helps government and nonprofit agencies implement the “transitional jobs” model.  We perform viability assessments to determine if this model is an option, then assists in designing variations to fit specific needs.  We have a team of management and line staff that assists in the start-up of new programs and the improvement of existing ones.

Database Collection and Data Management

TWC has an extensive database that it uses to track and analyze data.  This database system allows us to successfully manage toward and document outcomes.   Ultimately, such a system enables us to be highly responsive to the needs of its clients – both individuals and businesses.  With this such data management expertise, we provide database development to other agencies so that they can manage their data in a fashion that has been tested and proven by TWC.  Such databases enable organizations to accurately document the results of their work.
